Innovation in Every Cut, Bend & Weld
our Capabilities
When you work with NBG Technologies, you’re not just hiring a manufacturing company- you’re partnering with a team that’s deeply invested in your success.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is central to our sheet metal fabrication process and provides a precise and efficient way to cut a wide range of materials. Our 7kW high-power fiber laser can cut sheet metal at over 2,300 inches per minute while achieving excellent edge quality. This is far faster and more efficient than using a C02 laser cutter and is an ideal way to cost-effectively manufacture flat parts or cut sheet metal in preparation for additional fabrication processes.

Punching
Punching is an efficient and effective way to create holes, notches, and patterns in sheet metal with consistent accuracy, and with our 22-ton punch press, we can achieve exceptional results every time. Ideal for high-volume production but suitable for lower volumes as well, our punching capabilities provide a cost-effective and rapid way to create custom sheet metal products with unique features.
