About NBG Technologies

Generations of Craftsmanship. Future-Ready Solutions.

“Growing up, I wanted to be a professional soccer player—goalkeeping was my passion, and Jorge Campos, the legendary Mexican keeper, was my hero. Being a goalie taught me responsibility, focus, and how to stay calm under pressure, and I carry that mindset in my work today at NBG Technologies. I didn’t always see manufacturing as my path, but as I matured, I saw how my experiences, my family’s sacrifices, and my drive to keep improving all led me here. This is where I’m meant to be.”

- Eleazar Garza, CEO - NBG Technologies

Our History: A Dream Born in Mexico and Built on Trust

At NBG Technologies, our roots run deep—founded on family sacrifice, bold decisions, and a relentless drive to grow. Our journey began in 1984 in Monterrey, Mexico, when Eleazar Garza Sr. established NBG, or Niples Birlos Galvanizados. The company started by manufacturing simple turned parts using manual lathes. But launching the business wasn’t easy; it only became possible thanks to the trust a local machine vendor placed in Eleazar Garza by lending him a small manual lathe to get things off the ground.

As the business took off, the number of machines grew. Aspiring to build a better life for his family outside the city, Eleazar Garza Sr. sold the family home, purchased more machines, and continued to earn opportunities, one project at a time. With nothing but determination and a dream, he built the foundation of what we are today.

"Créanme, esto va a tener éxito,," he said to his family—“Trust me, this is going to succeed.”

And it did. That sacrifice gave the family a new path forward, bringing technology, opportunity, and a different kind of freedom. But it wasn’t always easy. There were ups and downs—times of struggle and times of growth—but through it all, the commitment to hard work and building a bright future for the family never wavered.

A pivotal moment for NBG came with the indispensable addition of Patricia Garza to an administrative position. Her exceptional organizational skills and steadfast focus brought a new level of structure and efficiency to the business. This crucial contribution was instrumental in professionalizing operations, laying the groundwork for the significant growth that followed.

In 2011, Lorena, Eleazar, and Jorge Garza launched NBG Technologies in Royse City, Texas. They brought the same passion for the craft and dedication to service that their father’s company was founded on, propelled by the organizational strength and focus instilled by their mother. This collective effort and foundational commitment have been key to NBG Technologies’ success to this day.
