From a small job shop in Monterrey, Mexico, with just one manual lathe to a 10,000-square-foot shop in Royse City, Texas, NBG’s story has been nothing short of inspiring. Our expansion plan is currently in the strategic planning and development phase. NBG Technologies purchased land in an effort to foster company growth and keep up with the needs of customers. The new shop is expected to be roughly 3 times larger than our current metal fabrication shop, ensuring faster turnaround times and improvements in quality.
The growth-focused plan consists of adding new machines, team members, and technology to increase our capacity and capabilities—all to help our customers. Our Texas manufacturing company aims to improve our manufacturing processes and provide quality solutions.
Our average employee tenure at NBG is already 10 years, allowing customers to build lasting relationships with the people who work here and fostering a stable team, consistent quality, and stronger communication for customers. This is what Garza calls a triple win.
